  This “school” failed torenew their license with the Kentucky Commissions office (call toverify ifyou don’t believe me) and during this time they were still accepting money and offered classes they weren’t approved tooffer. They were punished bythe real estate commission, and guess what… they never once reached out toinform their students ofthis nor tell them the classes they invested time and money into actually aren’t approved. Noapology— noacknowledgement, they just left students to have tobeg the commission togrant anexception since itwasn’t the students fault forcing them tojump through many hoops and costing them extra time they could have been selling houses, one student got her licenses after the commission granted her anexception— but noblanket was made for all other students they are doing itcase bycase another student Iknow isstill waiting months later for that decision tobe made, then me— Icouldn’t even get the school torespond tooffer mea test, but after months and months knowing how they are and the extra hoops Ifelt itwould bebetter tochose another school soI can skip the headache with the commission. The owner has itwhere hecan’t bereached byphone, heignored all two dozen emails, and certified letter I’ve sent. I’m disgusted bywhat Ithought was areputable business who’s acting sofraudulent!

  I’ll befiling formal complaints onthem after giving them ample time tomake itright and instead choosing toignoreme.

  Don’t waste your time here! Besides they teach from their outdated school binder rather than the book, the book iswhat the commissions test onnot their binders that are poorly done!

  I took the two week course and passed the school exam and state exam. Couldn't ask for too much more.

  One instructor isextremely difficult tounderstand. Heis elderly and mumbles. Heasks you toparticipate inclass but then makes you feel stupid for asking oranswering his questions. The class asa whole isvery frustrated. There are some things hehas told usdiffers from what wehave learned inrelated classes from different instructors. Hegets off topic and everyone isconfused where weare inthe material.

  We have invested inthese classes toimprove our lives, eager toget into

  the real estate business, however Ifeel and others inthese classes feel this isnot quality education forus.

  I would like toadd the other two instructors are very very good and knowledgeable.

  I like this school but they have 1instructor that teaches alot and he’s rude, disrespectful, belittling. Heencourages you toask questions and when you dohe doesn’t answer them and makes you feel stupid. Everyone inthe class agrees. People have toleave inthe middle ofclass because wearen’t able tounderstand him orlearn. He’s really bringing the school down and makes ithard tolearn anything. I’d rather gohome and study alone than besubjected tohis instruction!!!! The school wouldget a5star otherwise. Ipaid for this school and Idon’t think it’s okfor him tobe rude and disrespectful when I’m asking questions tolearn more! Hekeeps the class over past5:30and that’s not allowed. Hemumbles and wecan’t understand what notes totake.… – show

  They were all about getting mymoney but when itcomes tosigning upto take the school test, you cant get anyone that knows anything. They all act stupid when itcomes that time. Lacking phone skills and office personnel. Will not recommend anyone togo here. Will beglad when this isover and ican get onwith mycareer ifi can ever get the results back.

  Love the instructors, office staff leaves alot tobe desired. They didn't mind totake mymoney and we're very helpful enrolling for classes but upon completion ofthe program Ihave had aterrible time getting acopy ofmy transcript. Very bad phone/people skills.
