Gulf coastal waters from Bonita Beach to the mouth of theSuwannee River out to 60 NM.

The wave heights are forecast as significant wave height which isthe average of the highest one-third of the waves. The highestwaves may rarely be twice the significant wave height. The windsand seas near thunderstorms may be higher than forecast.

SYNOPSIS

High pressure will hold north of the area allowing moisture toincrease across the peninsula over the next few days. Easterlywinds prevail through mid week becoming onshore each afternoonwith the sea breeze. As a result, showers and storms shoulddevelop over the land each afternoon/evening, drifting into theGulf later in the evening and early overnight hours.
