I was pleasantly surprised that when I brought my vehicle in to have a screw removed from the tire, the technician offered to first make sure the screw wasn’t just stuck through the tire tread. He removed the screw and then tested to confirm it was simply imbedded in the tread and the tire did not require a patch. He did not charge me and sent me on my way. It’s nice to go to an honest and helpful business!

I visited 3 auto care service center prior to this one on a rainy Saturday. All the workers told me the same thing - that they can’t help me. This frustrated me because only part of my cars skid plate was falling off so I knew it was a quick fix for any auto care shop. After wasting 4 hours, by fate I found this shop. With an hour left before the shop closed for the day, Steve did not let me down like the other shops did. His crew got it done diligently within 15 minutes of my visit. My only regret was not coming to this shop sooner, otherwise I would’ve still had more of my Saturday to enjoy. I had a spectacular customer service experience and I will definitely be coming back for another inquiry.

I just cycled 3 cars in 3 days thru Craftsman in McLean and as always, they were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. I love their texted checklist with photos showing the actual condition of at least 10 major points of each car and their recommendations on about 30 points in each car. Matt Curry has put together outstanding teams, at all of the locations.
