Ken is expressing that he always feels like he is in Barbie’s shadow. It’s never Ken and Barbie; always Barbie and Ken. Even the movie itself is named ‘Barbie’ and focuses on her story.
Ken feels frustrated that even in the patriarchy they’re attempting to set up in Barbieland, he is still feeling like he’s on the sidelines because he still can’t get her to love him.

As Ken is referring to a scale of 1-10, he implies that he fits the mold of conventional attractiveness perfectly. He has the cool clothes, the muscles, and the the handsome face, but Barbie still didn’t want him.
As he goes into the Real World and discovers how men are valued even greater, he expects that setting up a patriarchy in Barbieland will make her like him.
However, as Barbie continues to like him even less for his newly acquired overly-mannish ways, he’s left utterly confused. He’s hot, and he would be a star in the Real World and yet here even with newly aquired man powers he is still unable to get her attention.

Ken is telling himself that he is worth it, beginning his journey of self-care outside of Barbie’s desires or manly fantasies.
He does not fully accept this point until later in the movie when Barbie communicates her feelings to him straight up and he gets the full realization that he can be his own Ken without having to be identified off his relationship to Barbie.
After that point, Ken is pictured wearing a furry hoodie with ‘I am Kenough’ written on it. This directly links in with this line.

Am Ende habe ich "I'm just Ken" mit "Ich bin einfach Ken" (statt "bloß Ken") übersetzt, um seine Charakterentwicklung zu zeigen. "Einfach Ken" steht dafür, dass er sich selbst jetzt als vollwertige Person sieht und dass er selbst zu sein etwas Gutes ist.
